How can I make changes to my order?

What is the delivery time?

We want you to receive your socks as fast as possible, so that you won't get cold feet.

In Italy orders are generally delivered within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Within the EU, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days after payment is received.

For orders outside the EU, please contact us for delivery times and charges.

Please note that delivery times can vary on special occasions such as Christmas and Black Friday.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately order tracking is not available at the moment and we are currently working on it.

However, we always use tracked shipping and you can contact us if you want to be up to date or if there are any problems with your delivery.

Can I return a product?

We generally do not offer a free return service as we want to avoid unneeded CO2 emissions.

However, if a product is damaged or if there is a mistake with your order please contact us via by email:

What payment methods can I use?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & more as well as Google and Apple Pay) PayPal and bank transfers.

Please note that processing takes longer if you pay by bank transfer (generally about 3-5 days more)
